
Ocean Collective is an industrial group whose mission is to change people’s relationship with our oceans and accelerate new more sustainable solutions. OC Day is organized every year in conjunction with World Ocean Day and brings together us who share a common commitment to advancing sustainability and innovation for the benefit of our oceans. The program will offer an engaging and dynamic blend of networking, knowledge sharing, and inspiration. This year’s theme will be “the potential of driving ocean sustainability as a collective”.

Cora Cunningham, SeaBOS Stockholm Resilience Centre
Cora Cunningham leads the SeaBOS initiative at the Stockholm Resilience Centre, where leading scientists and eight of the world’s largest seafood companies collaborate to promote sustainable seafood production and ocean health. She holds a BA from Cambridge and a Master’s in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University. Cora is passionate about science-based transformation, clear communication, and collaboration.
Maarten Geraets, Senior Advisor
Maarten Geraets is a Dutch citizen based in Thailand, brings 25+ years of experience from the global food and consumer sector working with global giants such as Nestlé, Essilor, and Thai Union where he has held roles across sales, marketing, innovation, R&D, product development, and General Management. He currently act as a senior advisor to several leading investment firms globally with a focus on new food.

Andrea Tagliamacco, Director of Partnerships with Purpose, The Ocean Race
Andrea is an Ocean advocate with 11+ years at The Ocean Race (formerly Volvo Ocean Race). As a brand specialist and sports marketing expert with a background at P&G, L’Oréal, and Diageo, and experience with McLaren, MotoGP, Real Madrid and the America’s Cup, he believes in sport’s power to inspire action. Nowadays he forges purpose-driven partnerships to protect and preserve our blue planet.
Antoine Auriol, Kite surfing world champion, digital creator & documentary maker
On-board reporter Antoine Auriol fell in love with windsurfing at the age of 15 before graduating in 2004 to competitive kitesurfing, a sport in which he was crowned World Champion in 2010. Aside from his sporting prowess Auriol is a highly regarded digital creator and documentary maker with TV series and shows such as Wind Quest, Hopeful Earth, and Blue to his name. In 2023, Antoine Auriol sailed around the globe during The Ocean Race, one of the toughest regattas in the world.
